Because local codes and regulations vary by location, alternative planning may be necessary to modify plans for your location. For this reason HVAC as well as plumbing are not included in our plans. Purchaser and/or contractor should meet with subcontractors to plan what is most appropriate for your home and your area. In addition, we recommend that the purchaser and/or contractor meet with a local engineer to review plans to meet local codes and regulations.
After plan purchase from https://acecustomhomedesigns.com the customer is responsible for additional expenses incurred through meeting local requirements or other requirements for construction.
BUILDING CODES
Our home plans are designed following the International Residential Code (IRC). Although we follow these codes, zoning laws and regulations where customer will construct the home may differ. It is the responsibility of the purchaser and/or contractor to make sure these plans meet the codes of your area. Customer hereby indemnifies and holds Ace Custom Home Designs, its principles, employees, harmless from any claim, loss or liability resulting from the failure of the plans to comply with local zoning laws or regulations or for any other breach of this agreement attributable in whole or in part to customer or its builder.
